Work Experience : Other than teaching in university, worked as a trainer for a government project, and also offer training courses in operations improvement to entry and mid level managers. Also acting as an adviser to a startup focusing on education improvement through technology.

Why Pursue PhD?: I love the career as an academic, and will like to continue working in an university, giving lectures, and more importantly, doing research (another passion of mine). I believe this is a great career to make a lasting impact to human lives, both present and future. So a PhD will give me more in depth knowledge and also the skills to be a good researcher.
