Still crickets for HBS communication?

Not at all. I emailed them asking if it was possible for them to let me know if I remained a candidate. You and I are in the same boat....drifting at sea with no means of navigation hahaha. Good luck!

I also applied to PSU mgmt. Four days ago rec'd an email from PSU PhD program: Email from PhD program from today, 2/17: "Thank you for your interest in the PhD Programs. Applications are with the departments at this time and are currently being reviewed. Decisions are made in March and April and will be communicated by mail and/or email as soon as they are available. No further information is available at this time." So we just have to keep waiting.

I know that Strategy & Entrepreneurship started interviews late January and are offering 2 or 3. Don't know about OB but I will ask around and let you know what I find, if anything. Good luck! Have you been to Chapel Hill yet to visit the school/city? I'm also considering UNC - what is your take on the business school's reputation in general within academia? Thanks a lot.

The waiting definitely is torturous. It's pretty much radio silence from HBS for most areas - they are watching us all on here and GC and laughing in the office. I'm sure of it!

Seriously will be the longest February of my life as well. I would have thought that by now we would have heard something on this site of GC.

Oh ok, sounds good. For us, I hope no news is good news. Maybe the snow has slowed down the process? I've heard that final decisions from HBS will be emailed on March 1st. Not sure how true, but if so then we need to get interviews soon. Good luck!
