Hi All I am a registered pharmacist in Tennessee. But I do not practice there. I hold another state license where I am practicing. I want suggestion do I have to keep my base state -Tennessee license active ? So if want to reciprocate my license to some other state in future I can do that. Please suggest. Thank you
