I received a guaranteed funding for two years at UW-Seattle. I am confused whether I should take it. I would need financial aid throughout the program duration given I pass the qualifiers. UW -Seattle is my first choice however I am worried how risky it would be. Wil I face any problem in visa application? Note that I don't have the financial back up. Any advice?

Can I request to those who have already decided on their school but have other offers as well, please do let the grad coordinators know that you will decline their offers? This would mean a lot to those who are still waitlisted for funding.

Anyone heard from Rice? I haven't seen any updates on gradcafe for sometime. Emailed them but they haven't replied anything.

How many students are usually kept on the waitlist? Any idea how many students usually receive offer from the waitlist in terms of probability?

I have not heard anything from Washington and Rice yet. However, noticed people were accepted, interviewed and rejected. Should I just assume rejection?
