  3. I believe will is a helping verb to imply the future and things to come, and municipal is the noun. I always get confused with my tenses, and I dont think that the future "will" comes before a past tense, so I think that the answer is "will make" C.
  4. Each always takes a singular verb except when it is followed by a plural suject... My answer is D.

  12. After some time, I was able to figure this problem out, so I wanted to share: If n is a positive integer, is n^3 -n divisible by 4? 1) n = 2k + 1, where k is an integer 2) n^2 + n is divisible by 6

TIA Anne brought a computer for $2,000 and then paid a 5 percent sales tax, and Henry brought a computer for $1,800 adn then paid a 12 percent sales tax. The total amount that Henry paid, including sales tax, was what percent less than the total amount that Anne paid, including sales tax? a) 3% b) 4% c) 7% d) 10% e) 12%
