Dear All, I'm a silent reader and came with few threads earlier. Now, 15 days are left for my GMAT Finals, 3rd August 2005. I have completed OG Verbals(only available), done Princeton and completed Kaplan . My scores for Kaplan GMAT are Kaplan 1 - 520 Kaplan 2 - 540 Kaplan 3 - 490 I have decided not to go for the fourth one as Kaplan doesn't have any question based review describing the mistakes for complete tests. Plan for coming 15 days : 1. PowerPrep 1 on this thursday 2.Princeton Complete Test and Power Prep 2 in coming 15 days. 3. To review the difficult and important questions of OG. My quanta is strong with few silly mistakes but i have to put more efforts in Verbal. Please suggest for improvement techniques as threads posted in this forum are by experienced GMAT takers I'm targeting for 700+ Thanks and waiting for responses, Divyang

Hi, I have completed Critical Reasoning of Kaplan CBT and Princeton also. My performance in CR improved very little after completing above materials. Now , I'm doing OG CR. Its helping me but to be very frank, I'm not comfortable with the style of English usge in OG or Kaplan as I'm not use to it.Still, there is great scope of improvement as my %age of right answer is about 60-70% So, please suggest me how to handle the Critical Reasoning of actual GMAT. Hi.. I started my preparation on 2nd May 2005 by diagonastic test of Kaplan and scored 520. My Quanta is strong and Verbal is weak. I've been working on my verbal... but scores don't seem to go up. Practice test of Critical Reasoning in Kaplan CBT and Barrons' paper varies from 40-50% correct answers and same happens with RC also. After completing Kaplan and Barrons, I'll go for Princeton and finally Powerprep. If someone could advice me on improving my Verbal scores, it would be a gr8 help..Thanks

I usually read that People say - " I scored 790 (Q50, V51) in GMAT" Can anyone tell, what are the terms inside the bracket? I can understand, Q- Quanta and V -Verbal but the nos are fare more that the total GMAT questions? Please clarify the writing style of GMAT sore in this forum. Thanks, Divyang
