  1. If m is an integer, is m odd ? 1) m/2 is not an even integer 2) m-3 is an even integer IMO - D 1 - m/2 is not even so its odd --- m is an even integer 2 - m-3 is even - Odd - Odd = even so m is odd

Stuck between D & E, D -- many of which --- refers to monasteries E -- many of them --- them seems to ambiguous pronoun, as it might refer to both montainious regions or monsteries. Please correct my understanding.

  7. A bit of confusion between D & E, but will go for D as second part of E seems to be wrong.
  8. Soince Number Line is already showing how t r & s are placed, so if we are able to prove r = -s then it will be proved 0 is half way between r & s. If the number line wasnt shown in the question, then C would be the answer.

  11. I agree my mistake. Just slipped out. Coz in second case it can be anything. So Ans - A
  12. Q1- Ans D Stmt 1 - .15x + .29y = 4.4 as how many combinations are possible - only one as 0.15+0.29 = 0.44 . So both tickets of 10-10 pieces to have total of $4.40 Stmt 2 - equal no. of both stamps - .15x + .29x = .44x = 4.4 ==> x = 10 Q2 - Ans B Stmt 1 - It says at the time of crossing Av speed of Train P is 70 mph. So, trains speed can be anything before that. So cannot find how far did Train P go. Stmt 2 - Thruout Train Q's speed was 55 mph. So in two hrs it will go 110 miles. Hence Train P is nearer to its destination
