" holding for review"" for last 1.5 months. Mechanical Engineering.

My stoefl core was accidently reported two times!! details are as follows I I first called for toefl reporting .and started typing instituion code for them.Them abruptly the call was ended saying thank you.Then I checked the credit card details to see whether money was cut or not! The account showed that no money was cut during the day!! so I again called and reported all the 5 scores.Now after two days i came to know that money was cut like 4500rs and 3500 rs approx on the same day!! This means on 1st phone call 4 univ. were recorded for scores to be sent! now Practically this means for 4 univ. toefl scores have been reported twice. how should I ask ETS not to send the score twice and pay back the money to me?? Immediate help required!! as scores are reported within "4 working days" Please help
