HELP: warwick: Msc. Econ vs Msc. econ and international financial econ??

Hey!!

so this is my first post here! :)

 

I am going to be applying to the warwick msc. econ and msc econ and international financial econ.

i am really confused :(as to which is i intend to work for some years after my masters so which course will be better in terms of content and job prospects??

also which course is more reputed/renowned??

P.S. : has anyone heard about the msc management and econ. course at lse??

If you don't think about doing PhD eventually, then just see the course structure and take what you like most. I think both programs are equally good as a terminal master's degree.

 

If you think you may want to do PhD at some point, then MSc Economics may send a stronger signal to adcoms, as their MSc Economics is used as a step to their PhD, as far as I remember.

 

In general, the difference between the two programs is quite subtle -- you probably should contact the department.
