I remember my teacher told me, there is a gate that is called universal gate, as it behaves like any other gate with a certain combinations. I just forgot the name of that universal gate though i think its NAND. Can u plz verify it.

I would look at least at those topics below... I'd look superficially if I had no time and in more details if I did. If you have little time, don't try to learn something new though. Just try to refresh what you know and do some exercise on them. Question yourself, solve Schaum's outline series examples/problems, post questions here, etc...

Memory Management (primary storage, cache, virtual memory, ...)
Interprocess Communication (semaphores, mutexes, critical section, ...)
Process Scheduling (round-robin, shortest job first, ...)
File System Management
Device Management
Security
Distributed Systems (networked OS, ...)

Please correct me if I am wrong.
But aren't there two universal gates, i.e. NAND and NOR?

Hey yeah, I did made the logic circuits to find out. NOR can also make all 4 combinations.
