wowo
Hi, guys~ I really hope to work in the industry after my phd graduation. (Economic consultant, eg) What would be a good field(s) choice for my econ phd? I am struggling among the following: 1. Macro 2. IO (But in our department, the focus in IO seems to be theoretical) 3. Applied Micro Or any combinations of the above..... Can anyone offer me some advice?
Integral
Pair econometrics with whatever substantive field you want to go into. IO/metrics, macro/time series, international/metrics, financial economics/metrics... Are you currently in a PhD program?
