Yes. I am posting here one of the question in NAPLEX FAQ from NABP site. You got to select the score transfer state option before giving your NAPLEX. 15. Can I score transfer to California? California will accept score transfers from those candidates who sit for the NAPLEX after January 1, 2004. Refer to the NAPLEX/MPJE Registration Bulletin for procedures and deadlines for the score transfer program

I don't think we can even apply to CA board for NAPLEX & California without intern hrs certificate. Another approach would be to apply for naplex in Nevada (no need to complete intern hours to sit for naplex) and do the score transfer to California. Once you finish the intern hrs in CA, apply for CPJE. Please correct me if this approach does not work. -

It took 6 weeks to issue a deficiency letter for SSN.

Hi Safal, You can apply for intern permit without SSN and they will issue deficiency letter (it took 6 weeks in my case) and this (deficiency letter) is valid for 1 YEAR. If you think that you can submit the SSN within 1 year of deficiency letter, go-ahead and apply. Deficiency letter WILL NOT delay file processing (it took 4 weeks in my case). If you can't respond within 1 year of deficiency letter, they will close the file means you need to re-apply for intern permit. I hope I have cleared your concerns.

Thanks Rx_enthu for the response. I have got the answer for my question. I have got the deficiency letter in 6 weeks asking for SSN and I have got the permit in 4 weeks after I responded with SSN.

I have applied CA board for intern license and I have got deficiency letter for SSN and I have submitted the SSN along with deficiency letter 3 week back to the board. I still have not heard anything from them. Does anybody know how long it is going to take to issue intern license and how to approach them?

Can anybody answer the question?
