Well MWM , that is indeed a valid point . But you have to look at it this way too. This was the right way for them to go. They wont always be having a McGrath or Warne to finish off the batting line up. If they do indeed have their sights set on WC 07, then trying out new players whenever they have the chance is a must. Pity about Lee's surgery though. Just read that it was successful . On a different note , The self centred Brits chalk up a 42 run victory against the Pakis :crazy: . thanx for the encouragement guys aika , i dont remember much about the verbal except that there werent any undue surprises , if u've tried out enough no. of model tests and familiar with each and every nook and corner of the Barrons wordlists . I guess now i finally see why people were people were stressing on the importance of RCs :(

Verbal: 640 Quant: 800 Research Section : all of 2 secs :crazy: Sounds like a decent score i know and i am not being excessively modest because i am sure i got a whole lot of answers in the RC section wrong. Knew that it was my weak point and had used the gmat_lsat_rc document really well . But still had a bad feeling about all 3 of em ( 33, 35 odd and 83 lines) after i was done with them. Verbal pretty much stuck to Barrons and nothing else. The only word i can remember that cud have not been in Barrons was gravitas ( Too lazy to verify that now :D ) . Quant was pure math and nothing else , not even a trace of the much feared in here SD. AWA was all in all smooth . Got "Technology more of a bane than a boon" issue and some argument about the lack of proper coverage for local and weather news in the news program of some television station. Overall it is not bad a score, i know . But just knowing that I cud have done a whole lot better with the Verbal section is kinda driving me nuts and is robbing me of the "feel good" factor. Moreover lemme just say that my academic record is not something i am really proud of ( for that matter i'm trying hard to forget about that even as we speak) . Anyways if anyones interested in knowing about my preparation, all i can say is (if this score does mean something) , the only folks i have to thank for are u guys in TM . Trust me my GRE preps wheel started turning only after i found this place. A glance at Barrons here and there dint hurt either :D On 2nd thoughts me thinks you guys are partly to blame for me not feeling good about this score cos of the high standards u guys have set here :D . Somehow this score is starting to look all the more dismal in between this spate of 1500s :( .

Most of us are i believe aware of the fact that it is ad-ware . nothing beats practising RCs a lot mate. Doesnt mean you shouldnt read at all. I'd also suggest u start reading articles from sciam.com aldaily.com etc etc. i think they'd be of more help for ur RC prepping than reading novels could possibly be.

thanx for the software mate but u do know that this is filled with all kinds of adware from cydoor right? whereas softs like vocaboly and wordhacker are clean in that respect . Cant take the risk of infecting my PC even though it sounds like a good software :( edit: Dkumar i think the extension is already there in the filename. Why not just download it as it is .
