I strongly agree to the above statement because I believe that dissatisfaction leads to learning, and learning leads to progress. Not being satisfied will lead to hard work, perfection, and gaining knowledge. Many people will work hard, if they are not satisfied. For example, if I feel dissatisfied about my English skills. I would try to put more effort and work hard to get good grammar and good written English. So, I would read many books about English grammar and about the English written skills and also get information to follow and improve my skills in English. By working hard in the subject one can become perfect that area. Coming to the above example, by improving my English. I will become more perfect in that subject and there is a possibility that i might master it also. Then i can teach other and also help them with English. Once we are not satisfied, we tend to read many book and gather information. In this way one can get good knowledge about the subject or in which they weak. For example, If I am not strongly in the area of computers in office. I would try to learn and gain experience in computer. They way I can also gain knowledge about computer. Firstly, I don't know much about Italy or know about many places in Italy. I heard about Venice and Rome, which are beautiful cities in Italy. Venice is called " the romantic city in the world ". Whole city of Venice has been built on water and as grand canals, where they use boats instead of cars. People travel in boats to go to office, shopping and so on. Many of them own boats like cars in the city. Which makes me wonder how beautiful is the city and I am also curious to know, how they built a city on water. The oldest city in present day Italy is Rome. It is well know for rich ancient architecture and history. In school they used to teach us about the Roman Empire, Latin civilization, about the king Julius Caesar and about the Emperor Napoleon. Since, I have watched movies about the gladiators. I want to visit the place where the gladiators used fight with wild beasts. Last but not least, Italy is well known for its gemstones like sapphire, coral and many other stones. So, I would like to shop and see those stones and also investigate why do they say that stones from Italy are higher in quality. So, I want to build a place in suburbs, where there will be complete countryside environment without much pollution, cars and so on. For example, In the movie "Patch Adams", where he will build a place and all people living in that building would take care of others and understand each other. People living in this place can do any thing that interests them without any restrictions. They can paint, they can do gardening and so on. For example, if a group of people like to garden they can garden whole place. When the place is full of green trees and with different colored flowers. It looks beautiful and it would bring joy and happy feeling in everyone living in that vicinity. On the other hand, they can also sell the flowers from the garden to raise funds. For example, if people, who are interested, grow all kinds of flowers then skilled persons can start a business on flowers and plantations and sell them to florists. People would love to buy flowers and the money earned can be the funds to help others. In conclusion, if I would receive land and can use it as I wish. Firstly, students will learn to be independent in their early life. For example, when it comes to take an extra class that interests me. I will not depend financially on my parents. If I work and earn money, I will take my own decision and register for class. At the same time, I will also think twice to take the decision whether to join the class and how it would help my career. In my opinion, by being independent we will also be responsible. Coming to pervious example, by taking up the course that I like, I would try to complete it and I will be paying the fees. So I will put my maximum effort to get good grades in that course which I choose. Secondly, students will be experienced in job market. For example, if I post my resume recruiters would ask me for experience and most of the employer's don't like to hire the person who is a fresher in job market. And student will also learn, to be in time to his work place because others at work will be dependent on him. If he doesn't perform well or if he is always late to his work place will lose his job. For example, children will never like to go to school in their childhood, but going to school would help them to build their career in future. They don't like to take medicine because it tastes bitter. That doesn’t mean that it is bad for them. In contrast, it is good for them to take medicine and it would cure their diseases. Generally, many people don't like to follow or obey rules and regulations. For example, everyone feels hard to follow regulations at school like morning schedules, cooperating with other student, which involves to following other students and sharing thoughts and projects, eating or order the same food and so on. On the other hand, people don't enjoy hard work. For example, I would enjoy giving party, but before giving party I need to do certain things that I don't enjoy cleaning house, decorating house for the party. But I prefer to learn with a teacher because studying with teacher, we get good guidance like what to study and how to study, our doubts will be cleared and there is possibility of more information on the subject. Firstly, teacher is a person who guides in proper direction. He/she is professional in the filed of teaching with great knowledge and he is efficiently equipped with the methods to teach and make understood by the students in an easy way. For example, if few people are left in a jungle without a tourist guide. They may reach village or town. But they have to come across big ditches and animals on the way to village. On other the hand, if they are accompanied with tourist guide they will reach village or town safely and with much ease. Secondly, our queries will cleared then and there. We need not toil in search of answers to our queries or hang around with the question. For example, in a class, when teacher is teaching to his/her students. Students can ask question about the subject and get answers to their questions. Teacher will not ignore the questions about the subject and processed with the lecture. Therefore, all our doubts will be cleared at the end of the class. Success is the end product of long- term effort or struggle to reach our final goal accompanied with luck. In my view, hard work plays a major role to succeed. But still luck has its place. For example, getting a job. My friend got a job in a multi-national company. When he went for an interview, he was supposed to be interviewed by 4 people at the company. Because of some problem he was interviewed by only one person. He got selected for the position in spite of not doing well in the interview and being late to the interview. To be successful, hark work should be accompanied by intelligence, and of course luck. We can take an example of business. Business is profitable for some people and for some it proves to be loss in spite their effort. For example, my friend established a cafe shop, the business was in loss. Even though the shop was in good location. He provided good customer service and good deals with the menu and he opened the shop for 24 hours. "I believe truly in luck". Some people have good luck to succeed and reach goals. For example, one of my friend got the green card with in two years. That was a suprise to all green card applicants. Normally, green card processing takes at least three to four years. Another reason to say luck plays its own role. If student gets sick at the time of final exams. Generally, students put their effort in doing assignments, projects and so on, to get good score. For example, my friend was intelligent and high ranker in the school. When we had our final exam. She was sick and was not able to attend the exam. In conclusion, with the above reasons, I strongly support that luck has its role to play to reach our goal smoothly. In my view point, I think it is a good rule because its not good for the health, passive smokers will be effected with second hand diseases and it is not professional to smoke in office buildings. "Smoking is injurious to health", we see this statement on newspapers, TV channels, subways and buses. We also listen on radio. Smoking causes serious health problems such as lung cancer, throat cancer, heart diseases, and so on. People who do not smoke are also affected by these diseases because of inhaling the smoke of cigar or cigarette. For example, if my roommate smokes everyday, I will be inhaling the dangerous smoke, which will affect my health. If I continue passive smoking, I will end up with some disease. Passive smoking is more dangerous than smoking because the person is indirectly smoking the nicotine, which is not good for health this may not lead to throat cancer but this will lead to other diseases like heart disease or lung cancers. For example, my friend suffered from lung disease. All the time, he was around the friend who smoked, he was one to get effected first with smoking disease. Smoking in office vicinity is not professional. Even though, it is considered from ages that smoking is the way of social gathering for male pupil. But still smoking will pollute the air around the building and that will irritate the people who are allergic to smoking smell. In conclusion, considering the above reasons, It is a good idea to not to allow smoking in many public places and office buildings that would help people who do not smoke and we can find fresh air in public places.

For example, if I want to have dinner every weekend with my family. It would be expensive in big cities and going to restaurant for every weekend is not possible. Thirdly, there will no traffic jams in small towns. Especially at office and school hours. For example in big cities there will be bumper-to-bumper traffic at office hours and school hours were traffic moves very slow. Fourthly, there will be fewer fashions in small town. Whereas in big cities, people will be fashionable. For example, if people around me are fashionable, even I need to buy fashionable clothes and be up to date with fashions. So, I need to spend more amount of money. If I am in small town I need not be buy fashionable clothes which are expensive. In conclusion, according to the above reasons, I would prefer living in small towns then in big cities. Where I can get fresh air and be healthy.
