For example, getting a job. My friend got a job in a multi-national company. When he went for an interview, he was supposed to be interviewed by 4 people at the company. Because of some problem he was interviewed by only one person. He got selected for the position in spite of not doing well in the interview and being late to the interview. To be successful, hark work should be accompanied by intelligence, and of course luck. We can take an example of business. Business is profitable for some people and for some it proves to be loss in spite their effort. For example, my friend established a cafe shop, the business was in loss. "Smoking is injurious to health", we see this statement on newspapers, TV channels, subways and buses. We also listen on radio. Smoking causes serious health problems such as lung cancer, throat cancer, heart diseases, and so on. People who do not smoke are also affected by these diseases because of inhaling the smoke of cigar or cigarette. For example, if my roommate smokes everyday, I will be inhaling the dangerous smoke, which will affect my health. If I continue passive smoking, I will end up with some disease. Passive smoking is more dangerous than smoking because the person is indirectly smoking the nicotine, which is not good for health this may not lead to throat cancer but this will lead to other diseases like heart disease or lung cancers. For example, my friend suffered from lung disease. All the time, he was around the friend who smoked, he was one to get effected first with smoking disease. Smoking in office vicinity is not professional. Even though, it is considered from ages that smoking is the way of social gathering for male pupil. But still smoking will pollute the air around the building and that will irritate the people who are allergic to smoking smell. Alexander Flemming discovered penicillin in 1928. At that time importance of Alexander Flemming’s discovery was not known not until 1940. Penicillin is derived from the penicillium mold that acts as antibiotic agent. Antibiotics are natural substances that are released by bacteria and fungi into the earth. Flemming discovered penicillin proving that medicine can kill certain types of disease causing bacteria inside the body. Today in our country most doctors use penicillin as antibiotic to their patients. In general, this medicine is also used in whole world. For example, when people go to doctor with high fever. At first doctor would give penicillin to cure fever. Penicillin has proved to be good medicine, unless they are allergic to it. Later, taking penicillin as example many antibiotics had come and many researches have been conducted to find the compound that kills the bacteria that cause the disease. for example, sulphate is also used as antibiotic for certain type of diseases. In my opinion, two reasons are accountable to live in groups or organizations, the human nature and human development of society. In past, people used to live in groups in order to be safe from predators. That’s how formation of tribes came into being. For example, in primitive ages, human didn't know what to do when they were attacked by their predators or from natural disaster like floods and forest fires. They realized that being separate is miserable and slowly groups took place. As time goes on, from primitive to modern society, society has been classified into many aspects like political attitudes, languages, religions, careers etc,. People have found their position in the society and they can give their opinions and Governments are formed on the vote of the people, which mean it is the opinion of the people. Even there are some organizations like Red Cross and UNICF. Which would extend there helping hand to the poor sick people, at the time of war and at starvation of the people. You need to travel from your home to a place 40 miles (64 kilometers) away. Compare the different kinds of transportation you could use. Tell which method of travel you would choose. Give specific reasons for your choice. If need to travel 40 miles away from my home. I can take different kinds of transportation like bus, subway, taxi or my car/vehicle. Taking subway is more comfortable because it is quick and I will not get tried driving and it’s less expansive. It is best to take subway as it saves my time and money. Even, if I take my vehicle like car, I need to drive on highway. Where I need to stop at stop signs. There will be traffic on highways, which may cause waste of time. On other hand, I need to concentrate on driving. which is tiresome by the time I reach particular place, I will be tried. By taking bus service, it takes long time because of the signals on the road and I need to change number of buses. Even though I don't drive or get tried, by the time I get to the actual location. I will not have any patience to do things. In conclusion, I would prefer traveling in subway, which is cheap and faster to travel. Taking a taxi is expensive fair. By not taking my vehicle, I need not concentrate on driving, get tried or loss my tolerance by changing number of buses, which is slow because of, signals on the highway.
