  1. Hi vuhl, Thank you for sending the files. Anita
  2. Hi vuhl, First congratulations on your extremely excellent score. It’s inspirational [goodjob]. I’m preparing for GRE and found your posts very informative.Could you please send me those three files. My email is: mgh1010@yahoo.com Thanks a lot and good luck
  3. Agree 100 percent with Erin and thaiva
  4. Hi, Congradts to you. Great improvement. Verbal 45 is very high. Did you take any ETS paper test Best of luck with Grad school :D
  5. The official GMAT score report gives you a score break down for verbal and quant . It does not give breakdown for each part of the verbal (SC, CR and RC) or each part of quant( DS and PS). :)
  6. I am surprised by your score break down too. Are you sure. I saw somebody in this forum got 660 Q(49), V(31) .
  7. Congrats!Great score shome. [banana] can you tell whether you took any paper test Thanx
  8. I agree with Bart on this. Your score will be skewed if you go through GMAT and then use PP.
  9. Manish- I'm sure when you were able to get 600 by studying a month, you can achieve your goal by March. I haven't taken GMAT yet, but I know somebody who took it. In terms of quant, I think getting those probability questions makes a big difference, at least can push you from 42 to 47. I'm not kidding,I have seen people who have improved that much. So, if in this two months you work on them, you can beat the quant. In terms of verbal, I want to ask you something. Did you run out of time. Which material you used??? Did you practice any tests? If so what are they and how you did. If you can assess what your weaknesses are, you can deal with them better. I want to say NEVER GIVE UP. Keep going and remember when there is a will, there is a way :)
  10. Poeple like that guy are the reason that I watch the American Idol. You have no idea how hard I laughed specially when he said he hasn't had no training whatsoever.
  11. I don't know if it would be faster but one of my friends ordered the [tooltip=Official Guide]OG[/tooltip] from http://www.mba.com and received it in a month. You might wanna check university bookstores in your city too. Hope that helpes
  12. Hi thefish, As you said This "active" versus "passive" reading concept seems kind of abstract. . Can you elaborate more on that. Do you suggest taking notes after reading each paragraph for improving RC. Thanks :shy:
  13. Great score! Congrats [goodjob] Besides [tooltip=Official Guide]OG[/tooltip], what other sources you used?
  14. WOW, Congrats! Can I ask how long you prepared for the exam? and what sources you used. (Any GMAT PLUS or VSTUDY??) Thank you
  15. I don't know why you are confused. Your AWA score( 0-6) will also be sent to five schools that you would like your score to be sent. SO, the school receives your quant, verbal score (200-800) and your AWA score. That's because they want to see and read the essays of the applicants I guess.:D As far as I know, some schools put more emphasis on AWA than others .
