IMO E Statement 1 is not sufficient as it does not tell anything about the number of people who attended or not attended the seminar on the second day. Statement 2 is also not sufficient as it just gives the % of people who have attended the seminar. There is a case where the 10% of the people who did not attend the seminar on day 1 may have attended on day 2 and viceversa. Statement 1 & 2 combined also doesnot give the answer Hence E
