the answer is definitely A let us remember to generate some clue as to what the ans will be before we look at the answer choices . as advised by top scorers , the choices are bound to confuse us.

i would go for c . c seems more appropriate. since the author is contradicting university president decision by pointing to another university decision not to raise fees..

be positive . take small steps identify your weak areas ..... start from here . keep this site your guide . and you will learn . do not give up. have faith in your self . read the top scorers debriefs on TM. you can be like them . so keep going....:)
