I could be mistaken, but wouldn't the list of possible #s be: 1 4 9 16 25 36 49 64 81 100 making it 10?

not a fan of princeton review...it didn't really teach me anything after reading through the whole thing. I sugggest looking online...the two i used were www.smartdoodle.com and www.number2.com . Both helped, but number2 was a lot more basic while smartdoodle's explanations were more comprehensive.
