Hello: I have intern license from California. I have to retake my NAPLEX & CPJE. Recently, I moved to Pennsylvania. Upon checking my license status on the CA Pharmacy Board website, it indicated my status as 'Cancelled'. What does it mean? Can I not retake my exams with CA as my primary state? Pls. guide! Thank you.

Thanks Smiley1982. This is what I found out from NABP website too. So, if I'm transferring my score to NJ then do I need to do some additional paperwork apart from NJ registration like getting signature from the pharmacist where I did my internship? Thanks for your time.

Hello friends: I'm currently preparing for NAPLEX for a couple of months now and planning to appear by the end of this month. Now, since we have to move from CA to NJ, could someone pls. guide me if 'transferring NAPLEX score' is easier or 'transferring the Pharmacist license is easier'? Of course, only if I pass the exam though! Pls. guide me!

could someone pls. guide regarding online NAPLEX registration to NABP. How do we do it? They ask questions regarding score transfer-what if you're not sure regarding that? someone pls. take time to reply. thank you

you need to send the 'Application for the Pharmacist'-the one from CA board website (18 pg form)-which has the affidavit of intern hrs. signed by your pharmacist, live scan printing and also the passport size photo alongwith $~200 processing fee. Hope this helps!

hi jen 11, I understand your situation and your concern for your mom's health. My mom had a heart attack in Dec. bec. of which her right hand and leg were affected with paralysis. On check up with a cardiologist found out that her 2 heart valves had to be replaced. She underwent the surgery in Feb. and for that me and my family rushed to India. She is well now and recovering good. Her legs are fully functioning and hand has recovered too. Keep faith. God is great!

Hi everyone, I'm in Southern California. Have cleared TOEFLibt already last yr., have FPGEE certificate since Feb.'08. Am hopelessly trying all banners ever since, no luck yet. Now, I'm really tired of calling, e-mailing and leaving fancy messages. God knows what's next. But I'm positive 'He' has something for me. Hope that my effort and destiny clicks someday at the same time. I have a deficiency letter from the Board due to lack of SSN. Does anyone know if any other state allows to give NAPLEX without intern hrs. and SSN? Any response will be appreciated. To all those sailing in the same boat like me - have patience, keep trying and do share your success stories. Thanks.
