Hence, his petition will be accepted. - cannot say from the Chase's precedent in the passage (E) Chase has not financed any Hollywoodmovies. - assumes that financing a hollywoods movie is the only way one can have connection with the ent. industry or thats the only connection seen by the club....conclusions shuld be derived from the passage should not assume anything...cannot be the answer IMO B is the best answer and OA may be wrong..

Passage: Maria runs in the election, therefore Jermone will not. Thus, Maria is the only candidate. This argument assumes that there can be only 2 candidates. B does not take care of other days in the week..I believe theres a flaw.. IMO D

D is my answer....the argument states that everything else remaining gel is better becauase it is applied on nose where cold viruses tend to concentrate.... this argument can be evaluated by some how confirming or refuting the above assumption that zince in both function the same ...though gel has better effect near the nose... this assumption can be confirmed or refuted by D
