Hello, I am going to study in nuclear engineering graduate program. My government will support me a full scholarship. However they allow me to study in some graduate schools only. The school must appear in the top ten list if it is in the US, the top two if it is in the UK, and anywhere in the European country. Personally I would like to learn and carry on the research in nuclear fusion, fusion reactor. I hold a B.Sc(Physics) with the 1st class honor. My educational background in physics, i think, is proficient as well as mathematics and computer programing. Could you me about the graduate school I should continue my study? I would appreciate very much about your reply. :-)

Last year, I used to applied to a university in Sweden. However I was not recommend to study there. I got the TOEFLibt score of ~80. One reason of rejection was that my english score did not pass the qualification. Try to improve your Toefl score. I graduated BSc.(Physics), not economics.
