Even if we assume that Anns Green is better than Frank Braun ,it doesn’t mean that she is the best candidate ..May be she is better than frank Braun but in order to prove her to be best ,her record should be best among all the candidate .so in order to corroborate the Ann Greens position the author in letter should have proved her to be the best among all the candidate by providing the data in comparison to the rest of the candidate.. Hence in conclusion , the author of the letter should have provided enough relative data in comparison to the all candidate and not only against Frank which shows that she is the best candidate in all respect and also enough information like frank was the actual person behind the construction of factory and that is the main cause of pollution and hence deteriorating the peoples health to disqualify Frank as an apt candidate for town council..
