hye guys, i have an offer from WUSTL. I am interested in microtheory and levine is a big thing out there. But since he has only recently joined the faculty from UCLA there is some apprehension that he may move out. Do these talks have any basis? Anyone with any information, or some rumour he/she has heard?

i have a friend who has neither recieved acceptance nor rejection as yet

to speak the truth, I find his letter lukeworm. It has very nice things written but somehow it seems very standard and lacking personal touch beyond listing a few verifiable achievements of the applicant.
