Cogratulations for your score goldust. For verbal part you said barron's and BB. Barron's 3500 word list exists but how u learned words in BB.I mean, Did you personally find words you didn't know in BB or you used files exist on the internet that containig BB word list. If so, what were the files u used?

Hi, Congraulations for your score. It is very important for me to receive 800 in Q.I have almost done quants on barron's.In model tests I recieve more than 750. I hope I can overcome my drawbacks(I will take my exam in one month).I wanted to know how the actual test differs from barron's. I mean the difficulty.If I recieve 800(Quantitative) in barron's,Does it mean I'm ready for 800 on real test?What did u study for quants? Thanks

I've encountered a new strange problem. I've almost memorized barron's 3500 world list and nova's 4000 world list and I live in a non-spoken english country! I took some prcatice tests(actual GRE tests).Rarely make mistakes in analogies and easily find the relation between words,If I know all the words in the question.But I've not heard some easy words before(like Corral,Coop,Den,Drawbridge,Wax...).Somehow Analogies seems more difficult than RCs for me.Shoud I think where ants live,Where horses live,What is the material used in candles! How can I overcome this drawback?I don't want to loose becasue of this funny problem.The question is this: Corral:Horses (A)den:lions (B)meadow:ship ©herd:cattle (D)nest:birds (E)coop:chickens If the word "corral" was in Rcs or Scs I could guess the meaning because it was in context but now I have no idea!:eek:
