Hi, Today when I went to take Toefl test today, to my surprise test center doors were't open . 8 other people were there from 7.30am. we waited till 9.30am and left. We called prometric center, ETS no reply just going to voice mail. this center is in Ann Arbour Michigan. What action to take.? Can any body knows the answer, how can we reshedule the test or to get our money back. thanks
