Sorry, I am not clear with your explanation. But I guess like this: 9 to the power 1/2=3 16 to the power of 1/2=4 12.1 to the power of 1/2 lies between 3 and 4. therefore it should be greater than 1.1

Quantity A = 1.1 Quantity B = 12.1 to the power of 1/2 Quantity A equals Quantity B Quantity A is greater Quantity B is greater Relationship Indeterminate I know that 1.1 x.1.1=1.21 and not 12.1 The solution is B is greater. Can any one explain me how? Thanks.
