  1. Hi i am interested in Rxprep. Do you just have the printed material or you do have the online access too.How much are you quoting for it?
  2. So you wise ones learn from my mistake. Now that I think about it, I should have plan B instead of crying and rationalize my situation. I persuaded with visa that would allow me to come to the States and be able to support myself financially. I didn't look at any other alternatives.... I should have prioritize to take the exam and get license instead of worrying about the visa, work, and support the family. If you don't mind my asking, what country are you from? If you are from any visa waver countries, you can come for tourist visa for short stay for exam. Friend of mine had a family member who violated the US immigration law so she wasn't allowed for visa waver. She ended up going to Cananda and drove the night before the exam from Vancouver to Seattle to take the exam and she took off from the States right after the exam. I went to meet her at the US/Canada border and drove her to her testing site. Unless you are license, there aren't that many opportunities for you.
  3. did they give you any other things like graph, rate etc?
  4. any time....glad to know that I can be useful! if you have any other questions, you can PM me
  5. I used Apha's and 1000 questions. Basic science and RX Admin etc, I got help by working and most of the things you can solve by using common sense except for pharmacy law. Mine took forever for the paper works to go through and with visa, I wasn't able to concentrate on studying. I came to the states about a month before exam and formed a study group with people who had experience with EE. When I was preparing forEE by myself, I didn't know so I ended up spending so much money buying books. I learned from expensive lesson that I didn't need to buy whole lot of books but one or two to use as reference and try to solve as many problems as you can lay your hands on. Problem solving helped me a lot and I was able to manage anxiety on the exam day. The more problem solving you do the more confident you are on the day. I was able to swap the books with other members of the study groups and my questions were answered by peers. Group studying helped a lot and pharmacology, and pharmacy related subjects, you can get help from Utube as well.
  6. I don't remember seeing lots a OC problems on the exam (I took it Oct 09). They didn't ask for streight OC questions however you may have to apply your OC knowlege to apply and derive the answers. If you know the basic like noman cleature, SN, EN, functional groups, and naming then you should be good to go. Remember that about 30% is coming from basic science and there are other topics to claim their existence!!
  7. I don't know what version I have but I have 1000 questions and that helped me greatly on my Oct 09 EE. I got it from a friend and unfortunately the front page was torn a part so hard for me to know the version but if you do more questions the better for sure. Good luck on the exam.
  8. Hi,

I'm interested in the Passnaplexnow book, for how much are you gonna sale it?

    Thanks

  9. I need to sell my naplex books so if there is anything you are looking for from the list, please PM me. Morris Cody Rxprep Passnaplenow Kaplan Prontopass USC naplex review materials A&L
  10. Thanks Newintern. With California board, email turn around is like....... eternity so I figure I should ask the peers. I'm taking naplex next week and it is going to be my first try. I'm getting over 130 on my pre-naplex so hopefully I will make it on my first try. One lady in my study group failed 2 times on her naplex and she requested intern hours to be transferred to CA with her CA pharmacist application. I wasn't so sure if her previous failure will need to be reported to CA board or she gets new counting with her new eligibility from CA????
  11. have you tried ETS study materials? those are old toefl questions so the you will have better idea what the test writters are expected from test takers.
  12. Does anyone know upto how many time one can fail before he/she goes back to school for 16 credit hours? I heard that it is 4 times then the CA pharmacy board send you to school but I didn't get it cleared whether it is for naplex only or CPJE combined? Is it like up to 4 times each for each exam? Friend of mine turned in an application to CA with score transfer. So far she failed 3 times on naplex. Is she safe, if she were to make it this time? Does she have to report all the exam activities? If anyone knows, please share that info. Thanks in advance!
  13. Application process is about the same. Except for transcript, we need to submit copy fpgec, then board contacts NABP to authenticate the fpgec. Part of your intern hours needs to be done in inpatient setting so contact local hospitals yourself or ask your preceptor to make arrangement for you.
  14. let me know if you still have it. CONTACT DETAILS DELETED BY MODERATOR. Please use Test Magic messaging system.
