I do not agree to the statement as different angle of approach may give us different results every time. Decisions made within no time could be the result of the first thought they had in their mind and it is no where necessary that it was intentional or on their priority list. Ones behavior shows its personality and thinking. It is not possible to interpret someone’s mentality until and unless that person expresses it. So expression of thoughts makes or breaks your image in the society. We are taught to behave socially well and expect the same in return but it does not happen in every case but some have problem in expressing their thoughts and are often misinterpreted. For example a person may get exaggerated at the bar after drinking and do something which is not according to his character. In this case, Situation and surrounding affected his attitude which was not permanent. Secondly, Real time situation can surprise you and there will be no time for you to respond with your ideologies and principles. Natural instinct will take over all your brain functions and priority dramatically changes to survival mode. For example, a person who is very friendly and promotes peace is attacked by a psycho with a knife, it is quite plausible that he might try to defend himself and in result hurt that psycho instead. It was more of instinct rather than intention, since various factors were involved which led him to take that action. The discussion led us to shed some light on various aspects of human’s behavior under certain circumstances which were unknown to the person themselves. It leaves you with an urge to know yourself better and deeper in order to be more planned rather than spontaneous.
