Hey Thanks! My research interests are teams, intragroup conflicts, social networks and relationship repair. I have also done a bit of work in Positive Psychology and found it very interesting. All in all, my interests are very Micro and a place like Case Western would be a misfit. Based on the feedback I have received here, I am planning to add UIC & Moore (South Carolina) and remove NYU from my list. Moreover, my AWA scores are very low, 4 (49%). Although my writing skills are pretty good, i wonder if this score would reflect too badly on me. Any more universities I could add? Suggestions?

Just received a reject from Tepper - Organizational Behavior & Theory. It was one of my best applications and I had really high hopes - shocked :(
