Grad: I/O Psychology, 3.96 GPA, Full-tuition Graduate Assistantship
GRE: 160 Q 163 V 4 AW, not very good at standardized testing
Quant classes limited to Algebra, Stats, and Advanced Stats.
Research experience:
- Presentation of original research at conference for graduate students
- Survey research with a professor
- I was the Quantitative Analysis Consultant and now am Principal Investigator for a pilot program in higher education for a state university system
Research Interests:
Innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership
Teaching experience:
- Lab instructor Experimental Methods in Psychology class
- TA for Organizational Diversity class for Psych, Communications and Business school students
Recommendations: One from my OB professor (and supervisor) who has taught at several well ranked business schools, one from the director of the psychology program who is an I/O Psychologist, and one from my stats professor who is highly published on survey research.
Concerns: Undergraduate major, GRE scores (esp. Q and AW), Number of Quant classes
