ISSUE: The best way for society to prepare its young people for leadership in government,industry or other fields is by instilling in them the sense of cooperation , not competition. The issue presented here suggests to install the sense of cooperation rather than compepetion in young people of the society to make them a better leader in government,industry or any other field. The claim suggests to create a peaceful and helping environment around young ones in order to get the most out og them regarding the leadership qualities. I agree with the claim at a large extent. Any great leader needs the cooperation from the people around him, or the people he or she leading him. A common pyschological stigma is that a person supports or get devouted to the individual to who once supported or helped them in any manner. Hence a person with a mind set and the ability to coperate with others is more likely to lead them as the godd will from the ones he or she helped will be at better extent. The well knowned and revered great leader of India , The Father of the nation Mohandad Karamchand Gandhi is a perfect example of a leader who, led the entire nation to make them free from the bondage of the English regiments . From the childhood, he was rooted with the mindset to help others and cooperate them to provide a better substaincial environment. A leader is more likely in the need to have some or more agreements with the concurrent leaders of his era irrespect to the field. A CEO or a mere project manager of a company has to make deals with other endorments in order to make their product a more desirable one in the market. A government leader has to keep his calm and lead his party weather or not his party is under rulling postion or in opposition. Hence , the cooperation with peers and with compepetitiors should bi there in the leader to be a heroic and a successful leader. This approach can only come when it is rooted with the cooperative structure more often. However, the young guns need to be raised and make aware to the rather hostile and competitive environment around them, without which the desire to be on the top cannot be got. Although being on top of particular field doesn't neccessarily acclaims his leadership qualities. To be a leader one has to gain the good will and support of the people. That can be achieved with a higher cooperation with them rather than being in a compepetion with them. The society needs some great leaders who are not just dogmatic and subtle but cooperative and aware of their deeds and responsibilites. Hence cooperation have to be there from the childhood.
