However your essay could be organized more precisely by taking into account the transition words; when trying to start your paragraphs for mentioning your reasons, use for example: First, The first reason for .... is that, Secondly, Finally, The most important reason for ... is that. By this way you signal the readers (and more importantly the reviewers) that you are going to develop a reason for your position. It directly affect your score in TOEFL essays. In my opinion there are much more better way to start you essay than what you've done in introductory paragraph :) Another comment! This point is flawed, since the concentration of population in these days are in cities and especially in major cities. These concentrations of people are true representative for a society as their numbers overwhelm the amount of populations in villages and small towns. In conclusion, since major cities are shaped in the primary centers of civilizations and also, they consist of too different kinds of people as well as developing in various aspects, in my opinion, they can be the most important representative for characteristic of a society.
