  1. Even I agree with TwinnSplitter. Can some one please explain why E is preferred over D?
  2. Instead of concentrating on 'one another' and 'each other', I picked it this way: E - seems hardly possible A & B - hardly seems possible E sounds better to me; Here the 'hardly' is immediately preceding 'possible' and I think that was the intented usage. OA pls.
  3. B'coz the idiom 'so...that' is tested here.
  4. Hi n_adroja, In C, the culprit is 'when to be able'.. If we put together the sentence, The coyote is one of....domains, it has established itself as a supreme adapter in an era when to be able to adjust...has created.... A noun will suit here more appropriately than the phrase 'when to be able to...'. And that's what we have in D. D reads as ... in an era when the ability ..... has created... Hope you read it before your GMAT. And all the vey best to you.
  5. That's a very good score and a nice post. Congrats Siddharth.
  6. Hearty congrats mba05 on your score! It comes a little late though, but better late than never. I was just going through this thread and I really appreciate that you have taken time to answer each query.:)
  7. Amazing score Smacs. Congratulations! All the best to get into your dream B-school.
  8. Hi Faizu, Be calm, cool & collected - I think that's the most important factor at this last moment. Drive away all your negative thoughts and face it like a challenge. It's the attitude that counts here. You have the knowledge and prior experience of sitting at a test centre for 4+ hrs. So just relax and think that you are going to make it. Say to yourself that 'I'm going to make it' atleast 5 times a day (or how many ever times to boost your confidence) and see the difference:)
  9. Thanks a bunch Bullfighter!
  10. Go for the Subj-Verb agreement here. 'The golden crab... has..'. So the subj is singular here. Strike out B & E since they use 'their/they'. C has singular pronoun 'its' and also is in active voice. Hence wins over A & D. HTH
  11. Hi Mahyar, E is in passive voice and when we have a correct option in D, which is active, go for D. And yes, when you read E, ‘many people have a disinclination…. while willing to admit…’. Doesn’t the sentence look odd & incomplete? I’m not sure how to explain this. HTH
  12. But can we say 'are each valid'? Shouldn't it be 'is each valid' since 'each' is singular?
