  1. Congratulations for your offer. Are they sponsoring H1B to you?
  2. I send them my resume and they replay asking about visa status. Since I need sponsor they said no, I think that were interested in my profile.
  3. Is there anybody that got H1B sponsor from a hospital? Please share your experience.
  4. I got 26 in my last exam, I new I did well because I spoke fluently and I think I covered almost all the information. I got fair in questions 1 and 2 and good y the rest. However in Q 3 they asked to summarize and I didn´gt and in Q 4 I couldn´t finish because of lack of time. I think that if they understand you well, your speach is fluent and your grammar is ok, they give you a good score even if you haven´t covered all the information. Good luck.
  5. Sorry, I just read that you are a permanent resident. There is anyone else that had to apply for a visa in Illinois? I appreciate your help.
  6. Hi JYN, I have a question for you. Did you need H1B visa? I am a bit confuse because the company that would be able to sponsor my H1B is not sure about the process. Could you help me please? I am in Illinois as well. Thank you in advance.
  7. I passed my TOEFL in the rescore: 111/120 ( R 30 L 30 S26 W25), thanks god!!! I still can not belive that this is over. Thank you everybody for your help and support. This forum has been really helpful for me.
  8. That is good to know, I will start preparing for the next one, then. Thank you very much
  9. Thank you for your support. I have applied for rescoring and I have registered for the next test February 14th. I have a question, if I got my rescore report after February 14th, when I take the next test, the old test would be cancelled? or, if I get 24 in in the rescored Writing I could use it for my FPGEC. Do you know what I mean? If I take a new test, this cancel the older ones. I have ask in the TOEFL customer service but they didn´t clarify this point. Thank you for your help.
  10. Congratulations!! I got them as well, R 30 L 30 S 26 W22. I am really sad, because it was my 5th attempt and I allways passed the writing before. And finally I passed the horrible Spealking but ddidn't pass the Writing. I am very frustrated, don't know what to do!!!!

  12. Good news, thanks for your effort. -
  13. If we do a PharmD program we don't need to pass the TOEFL for being registered pharmacist?
  14. Hi pharmph, according to your information it is possible not doing the internship if you have some coursework. What is that exactly? Experience as a pharmacist? PhD? After the pharmacy school I did a residency in my country and I have work in hospital pharmacy for a long time. Do you think that would be enough? Should I send all my certificates to the board with my application? Thanks for you help.
  15. It is not a bad idea Solved, thank you.
  16. Congratulations Solved, could you tell us, please, how was your speaking experience? Thank you.
  17. Congratulations!! It is a very good score. Good luck with your career now :-)
  18. Thanks everybody for your support, I hope this nightmare finish, soon. I will continue studing and practicing. I hope will get it soon. Good luck to everybody with your exams.
  19. Reading 29 Listening 29 Speaking 20 Writing 22 Total: 100 I can not belive that, it was my third attempt and I really thought I did well, however I got only 20 in speaking and 22 in writing (in previous test I always passed my writing and got 23 in speaking, I don't understand what is going on here!! I am so depressed!!! I don't know if it is worth to rescore, I am sure that I did better than this but..don't think I can get 26 in speaking. Congratulations to those who passed!!
  20. I had 22 and got 23, not a big change: One good, two fair.
  21. Thank you very much, Knok. I just remembered that.
  22. The score Data Sumary 2007 is: Speaking 26 - percentil 89, 24 - percentil 82 in the Total group and for graduate students, 26 is the 86 percentil and 24 -79 percentil. And for professional lisence 26 is 86 percentil. Nobody has 25 and 21. The average score in speaking was about 19 (20.8 for lisence).
  23. According to the ETS web: 0-4 points converted to 0-30 score scale, then Weak 0-9, Limited 10 to 17, Fair 15 to 25 and Good, 26 to 30. I got 23 with one good (3.5 -4) and two fair (2.5 - 3). I try to gess how they do it but, I can not calculte this 23!! If I count 4 + 2.5 +2.5 = 22.5, if it is 4+3+2.5 =23.75 If I count 3.5 + 3 + 3 = 23.75 and 3.5 + 3 +2.5 = 22.5 I have tried, other combinations but...I never get 23 :-), I don't know how they do it. To get 26 you need at least 4 + 3.5 + 3, so 2 good and 1 fair.
  24. I don't now how 8 can be either fair or good, that is not logic! Are you sure of that? (I posted that in another topic, but I am really curious about it).
