Dr. Weissman relased new edition recently. But I have 7th edition of law. Is there any major changes from 7th to 8th edition. I know we should have latest book for the exam and I couldn't make up my mind. Please somebody enlighten me.

According to the ca board of pharmacy,you need to do both retail and hospital intern hours. But they accept your application even if u don't have hospital hours.

C2 prescriptions u only fill it for 30 day supply and RX expire in 6 months even though they have refills . If it is predated, u don't fill it before the date( may be some exemptions). Any audit of the drugs on C2 during that time will show irregular quantity of C2 drugs and illegal.

I also like to know which state allow you to write Naplex without internship and without SSN. One of my friend, who resides outside of USA, like to take Naplex before doing his internship. However, I found out that Texas board needs SSN. That he doesn't have. How can he write naplex without SSN? Is there any exception(or waiver) for taking Naplex witout ssn? Please let me know. Is TSE avilable in India? I think now TSE is abandoned in India and even in USA. ETS offers TSE only in Phillipian. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi, One of my friend works for the community pharmacy and her pay is $75/hour. If she works extra hours then she will be paid double for the hour. For her no job on weekend and she works only 8 hors a day. Her pharmacy paying that much money because she is the only registerd pharmacisit for the store and the rest of the staff are intrens,technicians and volunteers.

Hi, From this we should learn that we shouldn't post any past exam questions. We must carefull about posting the TOEFL Ibt speaking questios and previous FPGEE questions. Now "web" posting is open for everyone. It is now "open secrect".So when we post questions here not only students but also authorites of respected organisation will watch that. It will eventually hurt all of us. So be carefull and responsible for your fellow pharmacisits. We will not gain anything from postig the previous test questions and it will badly effect us. Hi Knok, What a good way of pointing out the mistakes in an assay. I never saw anyone giving the clear cut explanation of mistakes in an essay........not even my tutor...she alsways looked overall presentation of the assay and she didn't mention me any grammer or any sentence formation problems. Having you in this forum is just like having a tutor. If I like to give a "star" or any marks to you where should I mention it? If the rating system is not avilable then ERIN should consider this and whoever(moderators) get the more number of stars then they should be awarded with a tittle like "hall of fame" or a super moderator. Presently I am not taking TSE. But just like to know that what are the dates avilable for TSE in canada? I couldn't see any dates for TSE in toefl web site. Untill now I assumed that TSE is vanished and in some countries only it is avilable. Can u please tell me whate are the dates avilable for TSE in Canada or in other countries in and around USA and India. Thank you for your help in advance.

When you write your assay, it will show you word count on top of the screen.......unless you supress the button ........not to show the word count. All the best.

I think on student visa(L1)...we may not do intern. But after you finishing your Masters(assume) then you will get OPT(trianing for one year)...during that time you can do intern. If you get intern during OPT in any reputed companys such as CVS and ECard then they will file your H1. I hope it helps.

I think, whoever doesn't achieve 26 in IBT or 50 tse, they can do intern in Florida. But after finishing 2500 hrs in Florida, can we write Naplex without Fpgee certificate(which need speaking 26)? 2) In michigan, did they change the requirement of having Fpgee certificate for intern licence after june 1st? How true is this? If we get intern licence from Michigan board of pharmacy, after finishing intern hours...can we write Naplex without Fpgee certificate? I just like to know about this. One of my friend thinking of going to either of the states so if we know what the situation there then she can decide what she should do. Thanks for helping in advance.

For writing Pharmacy technician exam, you need Social security number. That will be given when you have a proper work authorization. So only green holders,us citizens or anyone who has work permit in USA can work as pharma tech. Here. high school students and some school graduates work as pharmacy technicians....those people are not really a pharmacy graduates. For this type of jobs nobody offers H1. I hope it helps.
