    Ritonavir

Ritonavir( Norvir) Ritonavir received FDA approval in 1996 for use in adults with HIV infection. Pediatric approval followed in 1997. Ritonavir is available in soft-gel capsules and in oral solution. Dosing: Adult -------------------------------- 600 mg BID Pediatrice 1 month- 12 years------350- 400 mg BID Ritonavir should be taken with food. FDA Pregnancy Category B. Ritanovir inhibits a liver enzyme that normally metabolizes away protease inhibitors, CYP3A4. The drug's molecular structure inhibits CYP3A4, so a low dose can be used to enhance any other protease inhibitors.

  20. Hi.. these sentences are exactly in Application/Registration bulletin: Begining January 1, 2003, the FPGEC will require that the pharmacy program that each candidate completed must have been at least a five-year curriculum at the time of graduation. the purpose of this chenge from the current requirement of a four- year curriculum is to equate the educational requirement of the FPGEC program to that of current US pharmacy program.

    hello

Hi.. first of all, the other name of the application form that you sent for NABP is Form 102. So the application form=Form 102 And while you send the application form, there is a card " notice of receipt of application/ registration form" which you should write down your address on it and send it to NABP with you application/ registration form. While the NABP recieve your application/ registration form, they will send this card back to you as a notice of recipt of your form. on this card they write that " Your EE number will be confirmed in the letter regarding the status of your file." So, the first thing that you will receive is the card of notice of receipt.

    Hi Everyone,

Hi nammi, ( I found the following in the http://www.pharmacist.com) At present, 49 states recognize FPGEC Certification as a prerequisite for pharmaceutic licensure. A few states, however, may also approve foreign graduates who are not FPGEC-certified on the basis of their credentials. For information, contact the appropriate state board of pharmacy office. Because the licensure requirements vary from state to state, candidates are advised to directly contact the board(s) of pharmacy of the state(s) in which they desire licensure.
