That is usually TOEFL website problem, but please stop trying and call TOEFL and have the CSR register you over the phone. Also check and see if you were charged more than once. :tup::tup::tup:

No, thats just a letter confirming that the scores were sent. You should call the schools to see if they received them.:tup::tup::tup:

No! :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: After the test you have to pay to send scores. fizzbizz, Its 10PM the night before the test. Up until then you can make changes to the score recipients. :tup:

The only time you can cancel you scores is at the test center. At the very end of the test you are give the option to cancel you test and then no one will get the scores. That is the only way to not send your scores to the schools. If you did not do it at the end of the test, then it is to late.:2cents:

IBT test takers: To request a rescore, you can just call TOEFL and make the request over the phone. The CSR's are instructed to print the page with your info, get the credit card info, and give it to the department that gets the rescore started. Faxing to this company is a shot in the dark. You can look on the view orders page of your account to see if the rescore request has been processed.[clap][clap][clap]

You will receive a letter in the mail... not email. If the test is IBT you can look at the view order page in your account to see the order. Also, never fax a score report request for IBT scores when you can just call and have a CSR do it over the phone without any phone fee:2cents:

Yes, i work at TOEFL... well not anymore because the Customer Service is and continues to go down the toilet. I could not stand being there and having candidates call daily asking where are my scores. That drove me up a f#$%$ wall:mad::mad::mad:. The whole score delivery process needs to have some kind of accountability from the time scores are ordered, to when they are delivered. The whole test "not scorable" issue is another thing that really pissed me off. ETS allows weeks to past without letting the candidate know that the test is not scorable. Candidates wait for 3 weeks after the test to find out that they have to do it again. They cannot handle the amount of test takers which is proven time and time again by that sorry *** website going down due to volume.:mad: The IBT website has been up for years and they "plan" for new test takers to hit the site, but they can never handle it. Someone needs to be fired in my opinion. I'm done venting:crazy::crazy:
