The OA is E. I have seen it. Not D. IMO D strengthening, if D is true.. average pay for jobs that were eliminated was the same.. but average pay for new jobs has been increasing and more number of new jobs is created than is the number of jobs that were eliminated.. hence the average pay of all jobs has been increasing
