  1. What is confusing me about option A is the comma between Africa and to him. Can anyone please justify why the construction is "that some blacks return to Africa,the land that,to him,symbolized the possibility of freedom"?
  2. IMO A Like should not be used to introduce examples so C and D are wrong.
  3. For two clauses to be paralled they must start with the same relative pronoun. that originated from and that perpetuated by are parallel....
  4. Originating-->present participle Pepetuated-->past participle the two can be parallel... one example of OG says spawned(past participle) and extending(present participle) are parallel.. Hope it helps!!!
