  2. does the Univ allow you to register with H1B for a full-time student? the other necessary condition is that the employer consents to support your H1B during your study, right?
  3. “Why do you want to change H1 to F1!!!! Most people struggle to change F1 to H1!” Can you study at a school with an H1B visa?
  4. so getting an I20 means nothing of the status? Then a faster way is probably to leave the U.S. and get a new VISA at an US Embassy oversea
  5. I have a question about transferring from H1B to F1 If I want to transfer to F1 at the end of August does a newly issued I20 means that my H1B will expire then otherwise, how and when will I be transferred from H1B to F1? thanks
  6. As an international student/professional, I need to transfer from H1B to F1 this fall before entering the Econ PhD Program. One question is, once I get the new I-20, does that mean my H1B expires immediately and cannot continue to work? I remember Pedxs raised a question about from F1 OPT status to a new F1, and is H1B to F1 in the same situation? thanks a lot
  7. one way is to change status in the U.S. if you want to get a new US visa , the fast one is in Canada or Mexico
