The OA is B... :{... I am not very convinced.. I chose C over E. Because the spokesperson said that it was the well and not his plant that caused cancer. but the spokesperson did not say that the well had cancer causing chemicals. he just said that the wells were polluted. So, C weakened the spokespersons comment, in a way strengthening environmentalists argument.
