My 2 cents.. i am with around 6+ experience and got serious abt MBA only last year based on my priorities. Age or workexperience is not a constraint. US schools look at an avg workexp of 4-5 yrs,but from a personal experience i would say your maturity and your outlook improves with experience and certainly you become a value add to anyclass because of your experience that you would bring to the class .Again the quality of the work ex matters.Having said this I can say you will almost make it to ISB (Assuming you have written good essays) as your acads and gmat are good and plus in your app.Generally ISB is looking to increase the percentage of female admits and you have a better chance of making it to ISB than would a guy with ditto profile as yours. I am not saying that ISB would compromise on quality to admit a female to increase the percentage. Every individual who gets admitted have been worthy of the same. If your career goals are aligned and you feel that you are well equipped to do an MBA then go ahead otherwise go to US and get an international experience and earn some cash and apply to appropriate schools. Besides ISB there are also other world class schools such as IMD, INSEAD, OXFORD to name a few that offer one year MBA.
Looks like age is on your side so decide accordingly. But 2 yrs generally is less when you target schools such as INSEAD or ISB , though i know candidates with 2 yrs experience getting admitted in ISB. No person here can tell you categorically that 2 yrs is less as you have to use your discretion to arrive if doing an MBA now will serve as a value add than doing it later.
