Teachers should be careful in the lectures, according to students, teachers should change their teaching strategy. In the classes, teachers may give students a chance to talk. If a teacher talk in all leasson, students begin to be bored and cannot pay their attention to the lessons. And, for students, talking on topic in the class make them consantrated. Moreover, there may be something that student know, but teacher not. To begin with, Teachers should not talk in the whole lesson in order for students to be active. everyone has a limit of being concantrated. Aproximately after fifteen minutes, students lose their attention and do not understand what teachers talk about. Therefore, an ideal teacher should talk ten to fifteen minutes. Secondly, if a teacher stop talking after ten minutes, and give students a change to talk, many student can be active in whole class. One of the reason why student are bored is that listening to same people. Changing in voice, talking style and physical appearence make people listening carefully. This is to say, in classes, not only a teacher should talk but also students should talk about lesson. Last but not least, Students can know what teachers do not know. It is undeniable fact that twenty person can learn more that one person. Before classes, if students prepare lessons, and tell their ideas in class, they may give important imformations which a teacher forget. In this way, students learn more. To sum up, There are a lot of reasons why student should talk in classes. Students can be bored in long talking of teachers. And if students can talk in the class both students pay their attention to the lessons and more imformations may be shared. People, I wait your comment

To begin with, An inexperienced worker loses a lot of time at the begining. According to work, it may change, sometimes one year, sometimes three years of time work can be lost. They cannot benefit you much. However, an experienced worker may not spend time on learning work. He spends only one or three week to adapt work, and he starts to work with a high performance. Secondly, An experienced worker can teach you something about work. In their old works, an experienced worker may gain a lot of informations which you do not know. By this way, You may learn how other firms work, and you may gain much more money. Last but not least, An experienced worker gains more than you give him. If a worker gain much money, he must do much work. This means he can work as three or more unexperienced worker thanks to his experiences. Althought you give him much salary, in fact, you gain much money. To sum up, an experienced employee does not cost much in general. He do not lose time to understand, and he may work hard. This is to say, there are a lot of reasons why more house and industry are needed. First of all, industries is one of the most important part for economy of people. Rareness of products, make this products prices high. lack of products make ones' hungry and poor. For example, there is no industry that products any part of computer. Thus, my country import all part of these products. Therefore computers are not used in everywhere. Many works slow down. For this reason ones can not earn enough money. Secondly, industries are needed for more job. Many people search for work. They have to find any job in orderto earn their money and look their family. For example, one industry is to say a good job for, at least, a hundered people. The last but not least, more house is necessary for many people. There are a lot of people who live in outsite. Moreover, ones who live in low condition, and have small and old house, occurs the majorities of people in my country. One blocks of apartment, for instance, may supply a hundred people leaving area. To sum up, due to above reasons, it is inevitable to ose more area for factory and houses. Industry can solute both problem of unemployment and nonexistance of goods. Lack of accommodation may be provided by building blocks of apartment. I hope, in the futere, all problems will be sloved and people will protect nature. thanks my friends
