If u take the naplex for example in Texas and u asked for score transfer to another state like NJ,then after u transfer ur naplex score to NJ,u'll have to count ur intern hours in NJ then apply for NJ MPJE then u'll be licensed in NJ ,with this license,u can transfer it to other states, the eligible states i mean, but u'll have to go through the MPJE for each state to get its license.
After u transfer ur NAPLEX score from Texas to NJ,ur naplex score will be in texas too, they won't erase it from there until 3 years i think,so after the transfer,if u wish to go back to be licensed in texas,u can do that within 3 years (i think) but u'll have to go through the internship hours and MPJE of texas unless u'r done with the internship hours and became licensed in another state, then u'll ask for a license transfer and in this case,u'll go through this state's MPJE only without having internship again.
I hope i was helpful.
