  1. hmmmm.... probability now i have two related question if he wins the first one, and advances to the second one, why the chance isn't (1/2) * (1/2) when you say "and", you need to multiply both chances when you say "or", you need to add them up or their sum subtract the "and" is that right?
  2. actually most top school students have lower GPA........... because the course is so tough, so the school has to curve it at the end.

  6. Can you send me 10 real tests plz qiwenfarmer@gmail.com
  7. what's the right answer? Don't play poker, what four shapes we have? heart, diamond.......
  8. I hate this kind of question? How can it measure our math skills? or perhaps reading skills?
  9. I agree, from the format I thought it was an argument essay
  10. It's still seems unclear to me. I did go to couple websites look up the permutation and combination, but when do we use them? which one should we use? Sometimes, we will get same answers if we use both of them. Can anyone find some typical problems and explain the two situations? thx
  11. It's 1/3 draw a equilateral triangle, connect O (center of the circle ) to two angles of the triangle now there's a angle formed at O, which is 120 degrees imagine when you move two lines you just connected, when they become closer, the angle between them become smaller, then the chord is less than the side of the triangle In contrast, if you expand the same angle to a degree that bigger than 240, the chord is smaller than the side of the triangle so the angler is between 120 to 240, the range is 240 - 120 = 120 there's 360 degrees around, so use 120/360=1/3
  12. I know for verbal and quantitative, we need to fill the paper sheet but how about AWA? Do we still type it on the computer or write it down? another short one, do I need to fill out which graduate school I tend to enroll when I register for GRE? I mean that's my second year in college, I just want to get it done as soon as possible, while I still don't know which school I want to go.
  13. depends where you are, if you live in New Jersey, then it only takes couple days, so it's not too late.
