D is no good either. Even if other food habits are different, the fact remains that one of the main reasons for increase in BP is excessive consumption of salt.
The question to ask here is, for a guy who stays in the rain forest (where salt consumption is low) and then moves to a city with increase in age, does the increase in BP occur due to the increase in salt cnsumption?
Different people have a diff. genetic makeup and for each individual the genes may trigger/behave differently. If genes vary, we cannot compare Person X (who stayed in rain-forest and then moved to a city where his/her BP went up) with Person Y (who lived all his life in City without any increase in BP) and make a conclusion that it was because of the high salt consumption in city, the BP of Person X went up..
