Two forms of Id, one has to have a picture. I used my driver license and credit card. You can take your cellphone as long as you keep it turned off in the locker the whole time.

Hi, how long it takes to receive NAPLEX score results in Florida? How to check it online? I use this link but there is no option to chose Pharmacist under profession!! Default
