Cadidate M Cadidate N Male Female Male Female 211 ? ? 190 Considering there are only 2 candidates for this election. stt 1 says M got 50% male votes, then N must have got the other 50% male votes. Male votes for N = 211 From this we can find % of female votes for N, ~47% [(190*100)/401] Then ~53% females must have voted for M,which means 211 male votes is ~47% 0f total votes received for M. from this we can find total votes received for M. Can someone post the OA please.
