  1. The most effective way of studying alone is at night as there is a pin drop silence and everybody is at sleep you hardly get distracted by anything. Whenever my exams were near I use to start from 10 pm and study till 3 or 4 am in the morning as I found it very convenient and easy to concentrate with no disturbance of any source
  2. First try to remember how many chapters are there and learn the Topics in a chapter, Secondly Try to understand what the topic is about, Try to grasp the points in the Sub-topic like e.g. Advantages of Globalization , so you Remember the points like (1)Global Connectivity (2)New Market (3)Employment Opportunities etc. You don’t need to remember the content just remember the points and rest you can fill the content by yourself.
  3. As you are clear about that you want to do a PhD in MIS with an particular objective and a topic of robotic engineering so it’s better to stop thinking and start implementing .As robotic engineering is a good topic because in India we have hardly any colleges for that course because of that Indian students need to generally study it from US & other countries .And also the requirement for such Degrees has much more importance in abroad countries . So best of luck for MIS!!!
  4. I don’t Think that buying a new car just for going to your dream place is an right option .You can reach with any other Travelling medium with a better cost saving rather than buying a car. So its worthy about reaching your destination place having fun enjoying every movement shopping whatever you want to shop and explore the whole place & all this could be done without a car.
  5. Depression feels lonely mostly depression is caused due to a breakup, loss of a loved one or other personal struggle. There's no magical pill to heal depression, but a combination of approaches can set you on the path to happiness. You can also do some following routine that would help you get over a depression. Firstly start to Exercise by Adjusting your Routine, Try to talk to somebody about the depression that you are going through if not possible , try some Medication if least possible .
  6. Sounds like an MBA program might be a good choice for you. When I was applying to graduate schools, I was also unsure of exactly what I wanted to do career-wise. I ended up attending an MBA program at Babson College and found that I was trained for very diverse options in terms of my career. I learned entrepreneurial skills that would be applicable in any office. I definitely recommend checking out MBA programs and specifically Babson's competitive programs if you have the opportunity to do so. You should also try to get some work experience before applying to most grad programs as they value real world experience.
  7. I completed a Babson College MBA program last year and had an incredible experience. They have a very competitive MBA program that is well-known throughout the country and connects graduate students to some of the best companies in the US. It is also located in the heart of Boston, so you have the ability to become involved in networks that you may not otherwise! Babson is definitely worth looking into for your graduate studies!

    Deadlock!

Practice is the key for success in Gmat, try to solve as much as mock tests you can. Set a fixed timetable for your studies.
  9. If you ask me I will always suggest US as it will benefit you in getting better placement through best US program.
  10. Whenever I feel depress I do some meditation and read some books which I like. This is the best way to feel relax and tension free.
  11. This is happening because somewhere you are lacking behind in your studies and your concentration, try out some meditation to improve your focus and concentrate solely on your studies.
  12. As you want to attend a top b-school? Where are you looking for that? Is there any specific region where you wanted to study or you are ready to relocate anywhere?
  13. Can't speak directly to someone looking into forecasting as a concentration, but based on my own personal experience, an MBA is definitely the way to go. These days, an MBA holds as much weight as a Bachelor's degree did 10 years ago in terms of employment and job-seeking. Unless you are dead set on economic forecasting, I'd increase your future career options by pursuing an MBA. I got mine from Babson College in Boston and it was the best career move I could've made.
  14. If you feel that you can lead others and manage all the things in very efficient manners then you must go for MBA.
  15. If you're thinking about attending a US business school, I would suggest Babson College in Boston. They have a great reputation and it was a very competitive MBA pool while I was there. Not sure how your GPA would stack up in the US, but if you get the test scores you're expecting, I think applying to Babson would definitely be a good idea. Boston is a great educational city to live in. Best of luck!
  16. It must be an awesome experience to have holidays over there as it’s known as god’s own country.
